I was very hesitant to buy from an on-line jewelry store. We've always purchased our jewelry from one of the big box stores. But their customer service and 'try on' were the value added services that pushed me to order from them. I got a custom ring and couldn't be happier with the quality and look. There were no hassles and everything was as-promised. I will definitely order from Eternate again and would recommend.

Beautiful wedding band made to order, delivered in a timely way with excellent communication every step of the way. The seller provided very helpful guidance in matching the gold on my exquisite 14k/18k vintage engagement ring from photos of the stamp on the inside of the ring. The engraving they did on the inside of the band turned out perfectly, exactly what we hoped. So grateful. Highly recommend.

Great quality for a better price

Gorgeous ring for a reasonable price, and was shipped and received within a week of the purchase! A unique engraving was included on the ring, along with a beautiful, light-up box to protect the ring. The sizing was fantastic, finding quarter sizes is quite difficult these days. But it's the perfect size, perfect fit, and solid gold so if we need to get it resized in in the future we can. I'm so excited to put this on my fiancés finger in September!
